Cancellation Policy

 

As a property host, you will be able to check into your account and cancel your listing from your account dashboard. We do require that if you have booked travelers who have not yet stayed with you, after you remove your listing, that you send them a courtesy email in a timely fashion, that informs them how to get in touch with you for further information.

 

As a vacation traveler renter, cancellation will be possible by contacting the property owner with which you have contracted. Before the time of consummating the rental agreement, you will be informed as to what that particular landlord requires in the instance of a possible cancellation and you will be able to decide if those terms are acceptable before you make an agreement.

 

If you the traveler (renter) have already sent a deposit or payment to the host, you must contact them directly for any refunds per your contract agreement with the host. Crashpad.com does not control or handle any host funds.
